Pre-registration and payment in full of your dog’s tuition is required for enrollment in all group classes.

Be sure to follow the checkout process all the way through until you are directed to the PayPal page, and complete your tuition payment via credit card, PayPal account or an “echeck”.
Your class registration is not finalized until we receive payment of your dog’s tuition. The charge on your credit card statement will show as “PAYPAL*J9SK9SDOGTR”.

You may also register for a class online and then pay your tuition by mailing us a check or money order.
If you choose to pay with a check or money order, please let us know by typing, “Check mailed on mm/dd/yy.” in the blank text field above the J9’s K9s Cancellation Policy when you confirm your order. Remember, your class registration is not finalized until we receive payment of your tuition.

Please note: If paying by mail, make sure to include the name, date and location of the class you’ve registered for, your J9’s K9s order number (you can find this in the order confirmation emailed to you after checkout), phone number, email address and current mailing address.
There is a $25 fee for all returned checks.
Classes are limited to ten dogs, unless otherwise specified. If a class is full, you will see a blue “Notify Me!” button. Click on this button to add your email address to our waiting list, and we’ll send you an email if space becomes available in the class.
Confirmation and Instructions for your first day in the Beginner Fun & Games Obedience Class and the Puppy Head Start Program will be sent via email shortly before the start of class. For continuing students enrolling in J9’s K9s Upper Level Classes, Specialty Classes or Workshops, no emails will be sent; it is your responsibility to remember when your class starts.
Please feel free to call us for the status of your dog’s enrollment or with any other questions you may have about enrolling in a J9’s K9s class.
NOTE: Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult, and we prefer that children under 6 years old have an additional adult present to keep them company.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to attend the class or event you registered for and notify us at least ten days in advance, J9’s K9s will happily return your class tuition. Any other enrollment changes must be made at least five days in advance to apply your tuition to an alternate J9’s K9s training choice. We regret that we cannot make any enrollment changes less than five days prior to the start date of a class, nor will credit or refunds be issued after that time.
The ONLY exception to this rule is if your registration is declined by J9’s K9s due to lack of space in the class, ineligibility for class, or class cancellation. In the event that your registration is declined, we will refund any tuition money you have paid.
