First of all I wanted to thank you. I am a nurse I often try to go the extra mile for my patients and not just "do my job". I want you to know that I really appreciate you, what you do, and how you do it. You could just show up for class, teach, and give phone consultations, but I get the impression that you truly care about my dog and how we teach her as much as we do. That really means a lot to me. Many times I have been at my wit's end and in tears over her behavior. YOU are the voice of reason for me; each of my frazzled moments you tell me just the right thing to make my thinking straight again and really give me hope.
