  • Prerequisite: Dogs must have completed an Advanced Class at J9’s K9s. Pre-approved J9’s K9s Intermediate Class graduates may also be able to join this class – please call us at 818-832-9906 to see if your dog is eligible for enrollment.

  • Note: This class is not appropriate for dogs who are reactive to people or other canines.

This fabulous six-week course will help you your dog for the American Kennel Club’s (AKC) Canine Good Citizen Test (known as CGC). The CGC is a certification program that is designed to reward dogs that have good manners at home and in the community. Passing the CGC test is also an excellent first step for anyone considering therapy work with their canine companion.
