sorry, no guest dogs allowed.

NOTE: ALL PRICES INCLUDE FREE, UNLIMITED TELEPHONE CONSULTATION FOR THE LIFE OF YOUR DOG!

Prices for group classes vary depending on the type of class - please consult the schedule for the class you're interested in for more information.

The fees for private instruction are as follows:

Private Training at the Canoga Park Facility:

$75 per hour - 5 lessons for $325 (pre-paid) Includes unlimited future phone support from the trainer!

Private Lessons in Your Home:

$100 and up per hour depending on distance traveled by trainer. Includes unlimited future phone support from the trainer!

Discounted multi-session packages are available.

In-Home Private Puppy Starter Lesson:

$130 and up depending on distance traveled by trainer. Includes a 1.5 hour lesson, puppy training book, detailed handouts and unlimited future phone support from the trainer! Excellent for starting your puppy off on the right paw!

Swimming Pool Safety Lesson

$130 plus travel charge if applicable. Includes 1 hour in your pool, and unlimited future phone support from the trainer!

Canine Good Citizen (CGC) Testing

$20 per dog at the Canoga Park Training Facility, by appointment only.

Gentle Leader/Head Halter Fitting:

$55 includes Gentle Leader or Snoot Loop type head halter, fitting, desensitization lesson and subsequent 1/2 hour training session.

Class Registration:

Pre-Registration is required for enrollment in all group classes.

A deposit of $50 per dog is required to reserve a space in Fun & Games Obedience Classes, Specialty Classes and the Puppy Head Start Class. For Field Trips, Workshops or other events costing less than $50 in total tuition, the full cost must be paid in advance to reserve a spot for your dog.

To register your dog for a class, you may send a deposit by mail or register online using a credit card or PayPal.

To register by mail, send a check or money order in the amount of $50 per dog, payable to J9's K9s, to:

Make sure to tell us which class you'd like to attend, and include your

PHONE NUMBER, EMAIL ADDRESS and CURRENT MAILING ADDRESS.

(It's also a good idea to give us a second choice class as a back up, in case the class you registered for is full.)

The balance of your tuition will be collected on the first day of class, payable by cash or check.

Sorry, we can't accept credit cards at the class locations. There is a $25 fee for all returned checks.

Classes are limited to 10 dogs. The first 10 deposits received get PRIORITY ENROLLMENT.

Deposits received after a class has been filled will go on a waiting list for the class.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to attend the class or event you registered for and notify us at least 10 days in advance, J9'sK9s will happily return your deposit or class tuition. Any other enrollment changes must be made at least 5 days in advance to apply your deposit or tuition to an alternate J9'sK9s training choice. We regret that we cannot make any enrollment changes less than 5 days prior to the start date of a class, nor will credit or refunds be issued after that time.

The ONLY exception to this rule is if your registration is declined by J9'sK9s due to lack of space in the class, ineligibility for class, or class cancellation. In the event that your registration is declined, we will refund any deposit or tuition you have paid.

Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult,

and we prefer that children under 6 years old

have an additional adult present to keep them company.

Confirmation of enrollment in the Beginner Fun & Games Obedience Class and the Puppy Head Start Class will be sent via email or "snail mail" shortly before the start of class. For continuing students enrolling in J9'sK9s Upper Level Classes, Specialty Classes or Workshops, no letter will be sent; it is your responsibility to remember when your class starts.

You will be contacted by phone and/or email if the class you registered for is full and your name was put on the CANCELLATION/WAITING LIST.
