A $50 deposit is required to reserve a spot for your dog in J9'sK9s Fun & Games Obedience Classes, Specialty Classes and the Puppy Head Start Class; the remainder of your tuition will be collected on the first day of class. You may also pay your full tuition amount by credit card or PayPal.

NOTE: Please include at least one phone number where we can reach you on the checkout page.

If you are registering for a Field Trip, Workshop or other Special Event, you may use PayPal or your credit card to secure your dog's enrollment by paying the full tuition amount. You can see the cost of any J9'sK9s activity to the right of the date listed for Classes and Workshops, and under the name of Field Trips and other Special Events.

 J9'sK9s CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you are unable to attend the class or event you registered for and notify us at least 10 days in advance, J9'sK9s will happily return your deposit or class tuition. Any other enrollment changes must be made at least 5 days in advance to apply your deposit or tuition to an alternate J9'sK9s training choice. We regret that we cannot make any enrollment changes less than 5 days prior to the start date of a class or other J9'sK9s activity, nor will credit or refunds be issued after that time.

The ONLY exception to this rule is if your registration is declined by J9'sK9s due to lack of space in the class, ineligibility for class, or class cancellation. In the event that your registration is declined, we will refund any deposit or tuition you have paid.

If you register by credit card or PayPal for a J9'sK9s Fun & Games Beginner Class or Puppy Head Start Class, confirmation and instructions will be sent via your PayPal email address shortly before the class starts. If the class that you registered for is already filled, we will notify you within two business days by phone and/or email, and your name will be put on a waiting list for that class. For continuing students enrolling in J9'sK9s Upper Level Classes, Specialty Classes or Workshops, no letter will be sent; it is your responsibility to remember when your class starts.
