CANCELLATION POLICY/TERMS OF SERVICE


If you are unable to attend the class or event you registered for and notify us at least 10 days in advance of the start date of the class, J9's K9s will happily return your pre-paid class tuition. Any other enrollment changes must be made at least 5 days in advance to apply your payment to an alternate J9's K9s training choice. We regret that we cannot make any enrollment changes less than 5 days prior to the start date of a class, nor will credit or refunds be issued after that time.

The ONLY exception to this rule is if your registration is declined by J9's K9s due to lack of space, ineligibility, or cancellation of the class/event. In the event that your registration is declined, we will refund all tuition money you have paid for this class/event.

Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult, and we prefer that children under 6 years old have an additional adult present to keep them company.

Confirmation and Instructions for your first day in the Beginner Fun & Games Obedience Class and the Puppy Head Start Class will be sent via email shortly before the start of class. For continuing students enrolling in J9's K9s Upper Level Classes, Specialty Classes or Workshops, no emails will be sent; it is your responsibility to remember when your class starts.
